Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where He stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
We are living in challenging times and seasons.
It has always been challenging before now and it’s not getting any better. The challenges of life don’t get any better. We are the ones to be getting better.
We are people who should not be affected with what is bringing others down.
We must continue to arise and shine in the midst of gross economic, spiritual, psychological and leadership darkness that is pervading the world.
This is what strong leaders are known for.
They are not known for succumbing to challenges of life, but they are people who turn difficult situations and challenges to notable success.
Responding to challenges requires that as leaders, we must continue to be daring no matter what comes our way.
Daring people seek for ways to take right actions in the midst of many vices capable of bringing fear and frustrations.
We have to be daring people who bent on moving forward towards what the Lord has showed us ahead.
It doesn’t matter how rough or uncertain our circumstances look, our only resolve should be an unwavering commitment to take right actions.
Decision to take right actions always create momentum needed to make things happen in the midst of our challenges.
Right actions create the energy to move forward in spite of the prevailing challenges.
Right actions will get us unstuck. Challenges without decisions to take right actions will keep us limited and stagnated.
Whatever we are called to do, it takes right action to get it accomplished.
Right action challenges our limits. It empower us to become stronger than what is confronting us.
Decision to take right action is about challenging ourselves. It’s a refusal to keep allowing situations, difficulties and the very giant facing us to keep challenging us.
Learn to challenge the winner in you to arise.
As a business leader, Christian leader, an executive, entrepreneur, employee or parent, you must learn to respond to your challenges by taking action to call forth the potential in you.
It is action fueled by responding to the Spirit of God in our lives that makes us stronger than whatever challenge we are to overcome in reaching our goals.
Ask God for grace to take the right action necessary to be successful in your God-given assignment.
“Right actions will get us unstuck.”
