The Attitude that Attracts Provision for a Vision – April 4 – Journey of Leadership Daily Devotion

God never gives a vision to bring frustration to the vision carrier.

No right thinking earthly father will ever send his son on errand at the son’s expense. How much more our Heavenly, Loving, and all possessing Father.

He doesn’t give a vision without supernatural provisions to get His vision accomplished.

Please note that I didn’t say your vision, but His vision. Provisions only accompanies God’s vision and not our vision.

This is the major attitude I’ll like to mention to you today about how to attract provision for your vision. The attitude of relinquishing the ownership of the vision God has given to you.

Claiming ownership of God’s vision can be a major barrier causing a close heaven over the vision.

If you want to see heaven open over your vision, simply disclaim ownership of it and let the original Owner of His vision know that you are only a willing, privileged and yielded vessel to be used for the accomplishment of His dream.

God is looking for those who will release themselves to be become bearers of His dream, not the promoters of their own personal vision.

Recently, as I was also planning to respond to God’s vision He wants me to bear in a time as this, I saw the need to share with a friend whom I felt should be aware.

But after my talk, he looked up and said, “What you are saying now is that, you are going into “Your Own Ministry?”

Immediately, I knew what he was thinking and needed to interrupt him. I said it is not my own ministry. It’s the ministry I have received from the Lord to raise people living and leading in the Purpose and Power of Christ.

In Acts 20:24, Paul said, he received his ministry from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

So, true vision or ministry that will enjoy God’s provision must not be what we started to satisfy our self needs but the ministry received from the Lord to satisfy God’s needs.
