God created us to be overcomers.

Champions are called overcomers. They are not people without challenges, difficulties, oppositions, barriers and limitations. They are simply people who rise above problems.

Michael Jordan, the Basketball champion once said, “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I have been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over again in my life. And that’s why I succeed.”

Failure is not Final Verdict

The most impactful story of our lives will flow out of how we turned our failures to success. A genuine success story is about failure that was not accepted as the final verdict. That’s why I said the Discouraged can still succeed.

God has always proved to us that our failure is an opportunity to succeed through Him.  Every time you look so limited, it’s pointing you to rely on the Limitless God.

Whenever you have come to the end of your rope, it’s a pointer that you have been climbing through a wrong rope. It means God is extending to you the rope that leads to eternal joy.

Let Go of Your Personal Efforts

Many people remain in failure because they refuse to come out of their personal efforts and struggles into what Christ has offered.

You can succeed, fulfill purpose and become who God says you are if you will let go of your personal struggles and just wait on the Lord.

I will be sharing with you in the next devotion, the five ways champions overcome discouragement.

Pray that God will bring out supernatural success out of your present challenges.

“Champions keep praying until they get it right.”

“…Weep not; behold the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof” (Revelation 5:5)
